Night Edge Pictures, in collaboration with Film Frame Productions, Alt+B Pictures, and Innova, held a groundbreaking ceremony and press conference for the new Thai horror film entitled “Night Shift" starring Supanahongse 2024’s Best Actor "Tartar Chatchai Chinnasri". The film promises to be a chilling and terrifying experience for audiences, set to be released in cinemas in the second quarter of 2025.

The auspicious occasion was held at the Ganesha Shrine in centralwOrld in Bangkok, where the cast and crew performed a traditional ceremony to bless the film before filming commences. The event was attended by Hans Audric Estialbo, CEO of Night Edge Pictures; Pakin Maliwan, CEO of Film Frame Productions; Kulthep Narula, COO of Alt+B Pictures and Pudit Smithtun, CEO of Innova. Also present were director Chaiwat Sittalasai, along with the film's cast, including Tartar Chatchai Chinnasri, Dong Deng Nattawut Sanyabut, Neko Naerunchara Lertprasert and Kenji Wasin Panumaporn.

Produced by Hans Audric Estialbo of Night Edge Pictures, the distributors of horror hits Late Night with the Devil, Oddity and Talk to Me, along with Pakin Maliwan of Film Frame Productions, the studio behind the upcoming Home Sweet Home: Rebirth, the film tells a one-of-a-kind take on haunted houses and buildings.

Following the groundbreaking ceremony, the producers, the director and the cast gave interviews about the story of "Night Shift". It tells the story of a desperate and dirt-poor Khun (played by Tartar Chatchai Chinnasri), who decides to pack things up to have a better life in city. He then takes on a shoddy night shift job in an abandoned apartment. After the building’s superintendent hands him the keys and leaves him in charge for the night, Khun starts to hear noises he believes are coming from people inside of what should be an abandoned apartment. Soon, he is attacked by someone – or something – and he ends up fighting for his life. Little does he know – there is something more sinister going on.

Enjoy the full horror experience of “Night Shift” in 2025 when the film comes out exclusively in theaters.
